Production Time / Rush Service
Production times vary by item, decoration method, and quantity. Most products can be produced in two weeks. Rush service is available. Please call us for details. Additional charges may apply.
Prices
Prices include a one color, one location imprint, except where otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Prices do not include set up or shipping charges. All products are shipped F.O.B. factory. Freight will be prepaid and added to your invoice.
Pricing / Stock
We will make our best efforts to keep our site up to date, but from time to time prices may change. We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. Some items shown on our website may not currently be available or in stock.
Artwork
We prefer EPS vector art with fonts converted to outlines. If you do not have artwork in this format we can create it for you. Additional charges may apply for artwork alterations.
PMS matches are not always available but can typically be matched fairly closely. Usually there is a charge for exact PMS matches.
Pre-production Proofs
Pre-production proofs may incur an additional charge, and can add 5-10 days to the production time.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. When paying by credit card, you will be charged 100% of the amount stated on your Order Acknowledgment upon approval. This secures the merchandise and puts the order into production to be customized. Should any overruns or under runs be applicable, we will charge or credit your card within 7 business days of order shipment.
Information regarding account number and expiration dates as well as authorized signatures will be held entirely confidential by Promo Ad and its representatives.
First-time orders require prepayment in full.
We recommend the use of a credit card to facilitate rapid fulfillment of your order, but you may also use a company check, money order, or even cash if you choose.
Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders
Once you have returned a signed order acknowledgment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to or cancel your order without incurring charges. This will depend on the extent of work the producing factory has performed on your order. We will advise you in writing of any and all costs incurred prior to making changes or cancellations with the factory. You will be responsible for payment of those charges without dispute. Should you cancel your order with Promo Ad prior to the commencement of production by the factory, you will be charged a processing fee of $50.00 for the work we have done to place your order into production plus proof charges if applicable. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. If any problem arises, please call us immediately.
About the Customer’s Right to Use Trademarks
Any company or individual ordering custom-imprinted merchandise from Promo Ad warrants and represents that he or she has the unrestricted right and authority to use, copy and distribute each trademark, copyright, service mark, logo, trade name, statement, portrait, graphic, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property in the way it is applied to promotional merchandise.
Promo Ad will not accept liability for the actions of clients who have misrepresented their ownership of licenses or trademarks. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold Promo Ad Specialties harmless from any loss or damage associated with any such claim, suit or proceeding.

Shipping Delays
Customer agrees that it will not hold Promo Ad accountable for delays in delivery due to acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. Shipment or delivery dates are the estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall Promo Ad Specialties be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.
Transfer of Ownership of Merchandise
All goods become your property at the time they are accepted by the carrier.
Sales Tax
Promo Ad is required by law to collect all applicable state and local taxes for goods and services shipped to Louisiana. Customers in other states may be required to remit use taxes. Organizations, individuals and corporations who are exempt from sales tax should provide us with a copy of their resale certificate by fax to Promo Ad Specialties Fax: 504 866 5776.
Overages and Shortages
During the imprinting process, products may be discarded that do not meet our factories’ high standards. We invoice for the exact quantity shipped. Usually the range is between 5% under and 5% over, but for certain products it can be 10% or higher.
Site Images
Images on our site are limited in their ability to communicate detail, color, and scale. We strongly recommend that our customers order actual samples. If you choose not to order a sample, we cannot be held responsible for the difference between the image as it appears on our site and the final product.
